I love snow globes, I collect them. Some I display at Christmas, others I display all year.
This year I designed a snow globe block of the month. Each month I share a quilt pattern on the website. The patterns are fee for 30 days. After the 30 day you can buy a block kit. I shared the first month last January. Time goes by so fast I can’t believe it almost over. We only have one snow globe left. The November block pattern is free until Dec 5th you can find the pattern here: SNOW GLOBE
This is the November block, I think this could make a nice stand alone block you can display for the entire fall season. Some of the blocks are very specific for a specific day.
The October block is a perfect example. It is a Halloween globe, not sure I would display this any other time of the year.
This is the September block, when our aspen trees turn colors. They are a beautiful mixture of yellows with an occasional orange. The colors only last a few weeks, with usually a peak of a few days.
The December block with be available on Wednesday Dec 5th. It will be a free pattern for 30 Days. I have made the block yet. I have a few ideas in my head.
I am also thinking aobut what to do in 2019.
Have a great week
Happy Quilting Alison
