Stonehenge Block Party 2019

2019 is a huge year for Northcott celebrations the 10th Anniversary of Stonehenge! Their most popular fabric brand has been going strong for over a decade, and it’s all thanks to talented quilters, designers and sewists such as yourself!  To celebrate, this brand new Special Edition collection, Stonehenge Solstice was created. Also, there are two amazing contests to enter for a chance to Win a Trip for 2 to England and some amazing Stonehenge Prize packs!

Beginning March 15th to September 30th, 2019
Participating shops will each create a unique quilt block using fabric from the Stonehenge Solstice 10th anniversary collection. Participants can collect 12 or more block kits to create an anniversary quilt and a chance to win a nine-day trip for two to England!

In addition to the block challenge, there will be in-store Panel Quilt Challenge. Northcott is challenging you to use the Solstice panel in a creative way to make a quilt no larger than 60″ x 60″. Quilts would need to be physically submitted to the shop by November 30th. The entries will be on display in the shop for one week December 3rd-8th, for customers to vote. A winner to be announced on December 9th and will win a fabric prize from Northcott. The winning quilt will also be submitted to Northcott for a chance to win more prizes.

Fabric Expressions will be taking part in the Stonehenge International Block Party. Come in anytime from March 15th to September 30 to pick up your block kit. We will have a kick-off Party March 15 in the shop. Our block kit will also be available online starting on the 15th.

I hope you will join us, in celebrating Northcott’s Stonehenge Anniversary.                 Be the reason someone smiles today.
